Thermosyphon System
Thermosyphon system can be used for supplying buffer fluid, source of clean & pressurizing barrier fluid to double cartridge mechanical seals in back to back and nonpressurised buffer fluid for tandem seal arrangement. The Barrier fluid enters the Thermosyphon system, where it is cooled by water circulating through cooling coil to bring down the temperature of barrier fluid and back to the seal chamber. Super Thermosyphon arrangement is very effective. The pressure of the barrier fluid is higher than the pressure of the fluid being sealed thus maintaining the temperature and pressure at the sealing area
Thermosyphon system are equipped with all necessary connections & fittings which is used for the storage, pressure maintenance and cooling of buffer fluid in cartridge mechanical seal.

Thermosyphon of higher pressure can also be designed if required.Alarm system can be supplied along with Thermosyphon on demand.
